Air Conditioning Check & Service List (Standard Split Type System)

  1. Wash the condenser coil and use cleaner
  2. Check high and low pressure switches if applicable
  3. Check motors for Amp drwa and Capacitors for MF
  4. Check all electrical connections (wire nuts and spade type)
  5. Lubricate all moving parts if possible
  6. Clean condensate drain and pan of evaporator coil (if possible)
  7. Check the high and low freon pressures and ambient OS temp
  8. Check for either super heat or sub-cooling
  9. Cycle A/C to insure proper operation (twice if necessary)
  10. Leave written diagnostic report with customer

Note:

  1. Filters, batteries, belts or any failing parts are NOT included
  2. See pricing chart or flat rate for additional cost
  3. Add appropriate costs to deal with the condensate and emergency drain pan system

Heat Pump Type A/C System

  1. Wash the condenser coil and use cleaner
  2. Check the reversing valve (valve has to be energized for the A/C System to work)
  3. Check high and low pressure switches if applicable
  4. Check motors for Amp drwa and Capacitors for MF
  5. Check all electrical connections (wire nuts and spade type)
  6. Lubcirate all moving parts if possible
  7. Clean condensate drain and pan of evaporator coil (if possible)
  8. Check the high and low freon pressures and ambient OS temp
  9. Check for either super heat or sub-cooling
  10. Cycle A/C to insure proper operation (twice if necessary)
  11. Leave written diagnostic report with customer
